  • Facilitate workshops and support change adoption.
  • Apply Lean, operational excellence, and change methodologies
    to real site challenges.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience in mining or industrial operations.
  • Experience with operational excellence, Lean, or transformation.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with both leadership and
    front-line teams.
  • Practical, site-focused approach to solving problems.
